Our main concern was the integrity of the foundation at this point. We appointed Eric Doel of Quality Inspections Ltd, after searching for an independent to do an assessment. From the initial meet with Eric he was approachable, we knew what was happening, he managed our expectations and he listened when we told him about prior communication problems with our developer. Eric attended several meetings we had with the construction director of the development company, to ensure we were being provided accurate technical information, was able to appropriately question and contribute in the meetings on our behalf; which proved invaluable to us.
