Quality assurance is defined as a set of procedures designed to ensure that quality standards and processes are adhered to and that the final product meets or exceeds the required technical and performance requirements. 40% of building defects occur during the construction phase. My aim is to ensure that a construction project has achieved the highest standard possible.
My role as a qualified Clerk of Works is to ensure that this process is applied at every opportunity and is measured against the anticipated high standards of design, workmanship and materials used in the construction of your new home, commercial premises or Heritage building.
